Word processors can also be classified under editing tools and provide numerous formatting features. Some of the editors may also be referred to as source code editors that include many special features for writing and editing source code and can be used to change configuration files and programming language source code.
A Scripting tool is basically a command-line scripting interface that system administrators and operators use to monitor and manage server instances and domains. Sometimes, scripts are written for the task at hand and deleted when that particular task is finished.
